Researchers find that nearly all women who have sexual relationships with someone who had a position of authority over them (e.g., boss, professor) report it had a negative impact on them.

Most also come to see those relationships as abuses of power—no matter how they felt at the time.

This impact will be reflected across all aid budgets including humanitarian responses. As of Feb last year, humanitarian assistance accounts for only 30p of every £100 of public spending, the lowest level in 25 years.

The cost of this is more children going without healthcare, food, and protection.
