My Spartan Beast is tomorrow. It will be very hard. It’s over 13 miles in the hills. 30 obstacles, most of which I will fail. I have trouble running because of an old ankle injury. I will want to give up several times, but I won’t.

I was able to watch the new Nosferatu already. It’s what you would expect from that director. Beautiful, well made and a disturbing story with disturbing imagery. I highly recommend.
