Alex Pretti did not approach ICE officers nor did he react violently.
NEW: Minnesota BCA was denied access to the crime scene. They got a WARRANT and DHS STILL BLOCKED THEM. So DHS doesn’t need a warrant to enter your house, but an actual warrant to enter the crime scene is denied?

His name was Alex Pretti. He was a 37 year old VA ICU nurse. He was executed today and let me say to anyone defending his killer, you’re no friend or family of mine. Show yourself the door and never speak to me again.
They murdered an icu nurse.
Tonight, on behalf of Minnesota law enforcement, I filed a lawsuit against DHS to prevent the destruction of evidence related to the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti.
DHS is not above the law, and Alex sure as hell is not beneath it.
