Maybe an unpopular opinion but I see a lot of people with BPD saying it’s the most painful or the worst mental illness and it just frustrates me because like it’s not a competition. This isn’t the mental illness olympics. We don’t need to rank diagnoses to be valid.

I'm starting to dislike the bpd term "favourite person". Not only because of the name (and I don't even know what could be better 😮💨) but the fact that having one is painful. I don't want to go through that again...
