The resources I know of so far are

1. TELL
2. SARC Tokyo (SA relief center Tokyo)
3. Tokyo R crisis center
4. Your embassy’s hotline

*these are Tokyo centric so I want to look into other national-focused services.

However, I’m extremely lucky in that I’ve never had to use them in Japan, so I cannot vouch for them.

I want to make an informative video where I can list resources for victims of SA in Japan. This is an incredibly important topic that’s not often covered, and sadly a question that I get often in my DMs.

Recipe

Ingredients:
1. One banana
2. 40gr of oats

Steps:
1: Smash the banana in the bowl with a fork.
2. Add the oats and mix well.
3. Put a baking sheet over the oven tray.
4. Separate the “dough” in 6-8 pieces.
5. Flatten into 5cm pieces.
6. Bake for 20min at 170C.
