Fucks.
Imagine being the one being told "20 shots for home defense?! How many guys do you expect to attack you in fucking Belgium?!" when buying that gun.
Four years before the Great War started.

There are so many miniature agnostic systems, just get one and ask a friend to give it a try.
Or try solo/coop games
Haven't played a game of proper 40K rules in... ten years or something π
Thinking about the silly situation that I believe making 1:1 3D print copies of existing Warhammer miniatures is disrespectful to the original sculptors - but you don't know to WHOM exactly since GW stopped crediting them.
They are also taught that disagreement halts all plots because it leads to 'My character wouldn't do that!' situations.
Make up reasons to cooperate while disagreeing. A player is an author, not an actor of an autonomous character they simulate. Do something and explain later, all books do that.
Trans people are an overwhelmingly working class demographic. Our communities, organizing and resistance poses a threat to the hierarchies the gentry (even the "progressive" ones, even the handful of gatekeeping trans gentry) rely on.
The oppression of trans people is also a front in the class war.
'technically agreed to' isn't what I would base my relationship on but okay
Rad.
Although I kinda hate the trend of showing a coiled up titanoboa and writing "15 meters!" next to that because then folks imagine that exact posture in 15 meters long an not a stretched out animal that's still huge but much less impressive π
Every trans selfie you see here is the technology not being used for its original purpose: weird dudes grifting each other for fake money and posting bullet point summaries of 100 page self help books and arguing about age of consent laws.
The kind of team the COULD really change the world for the better if it wasn't for Charles Xavier and his annoying kids stopping us all the time
My usual 'Um, actually I am an enemy to all nation states' can ironically sound a bit 'all lives matter'-y so just as a reminder: If we have that choice for safety reasons we should abolish the more genocidal ones first, okay?
Felix: Wow, who would have guessed all it needed to save this relationships and make me realise why I really was following this tattooed muscle daddy for the last ten years was A SECOND bisexual vampire girlfriend who's canonically into failed writers?
Genevieve who doesn't look 16: lol
"Single Deathwatch marine joins an Inquisitor's retinue" - and done!
Not even an excuse, they've been doing this for at least 25 years.
Things in Darktide have names and descriptions and there are lines of dialogue, right?
That's also a writers job?
wait, do the US Americans still talk about that politics guy with the nazi tattoo?
no, the other one.
no, the other one.
no.
the other one.

There is a social class of US american centrists and liberals who are patriotic to a idealised USA and get mad when you criticise the real USA.
'We do nothing to stop this from happening but these atrocities do not represent us, we are better than this!' - ignoring they have always been like this.
Bringing me back to my rant that Marvel's Morlocks should be THE ACTUAL X-Men because they are the outlaws 'the world hates and fears' the X-Men tagline promises but very rarely actually shows us.
Ironically 'misfit sewer mutants who fight evil' is Turtles territory already.
Me: I was thinking about how the Morlocks kinda were the original orcs - Wells made them up in 1895 and they appear whenever a completely unrelated story needs pitiful but dangerous underground freaks.
Workmate: That does and does not answer my question if you have seen my screwdriver.
I came here to write about the same tactic but then I saw you posting it so I just watched and waited how it would turn out for you.
Nevertheless I am waiting patiently to see how the first few one-on-one fights go, and then I am jumping in doing the exact same move as the previous guys.
Game mechanic-wise I don't really believe in critical failures.
But.
Don't really see you rolling a 1 and just be fine with it
Have you tried selling them dwarves as badgers rather than 'bears, but short'?
And that's a first post.
