At the end of the day we found out that it was still sitting in the back of a locked storage room. I got it back just a few hours ago (and I mean just a few), which meant a furious clothes packing session

Thank you #AmericanAirlines for not responding to any request from either Delta, myself, or even #PHL regarding the status of my suitcase and belongings.

Because #AmericanAirlines decided that they just hadn’t failed enough. They failed to transfer my luggage when I switched to a Delta flight in order to get back home.

Who has two thumbs and no suitcase? 👍 👍

Leave it to American Airlines to manage to replace a part on an aircraft l, not have the tool required to check that it’s functioning properly. 7 hours later and we’re still waiting.
