"I'm busy now, and will do my self-criticism later" but the self-criticism lasts for several months and you become a jobless shut-in
I do find it a little disappointing that the two biggest sci-fi IPs (I'm aware of) that revolve around space ships built from the hollowed-out remains of a moon or asteroid are marathon and knights of sidonia
Panels from the tokusatsu-inspired Takayuki Yamaguchi manga Exoskull Zero. The heroic outcast of justice leaps through the air with a jump that destroys the ground beneath him from sheer strength. While he gracefully maneuvers his body into a kick, a burning determination in his right eye cutting through the armor, he thinks to himself: "Though it may be a life full of suffering, we the Exoskull Warriors... are bound by duty..."
"... TO PROTECT WHAT LITTLE REMAINS!!" The hero launches an extremely powerful dive kick, in the vein of a Rider Kick, while covered in a flaming aura. The name of the attack is shown in big kanji: RIGHTEOUS CAUSE.
I'M AFRAID IT'S FUCKING PEAK
it really is the best comic of all time

same! you're fed an abundance of codex entries and lore tidbits after completing priority contracts for each faction (some are voiced, others are not); they're enticing enough, it makes me curious to see where bungie is going with all this. I dunno if I'll stick w/ it though
I played about 10 hours, I think? mostly on Perimeter. it's really tense when you're playing solo (and not with a Rook shell), but yeah you can very easily encounter insurmountable odds which is.. fine
if you want me to make a financially irresponsible decision then let me play as a thick thigh'd fem kitted out with high fashion athleisure doubling as range wear with a literal sonar system for a head
I had a few friends who were utterly obsessed with hunt: showdown a couple years ago for some reason; never quite got the appeal
probably gonna buy nu marathon. I never got around to destiny as I was pretty burnt out on looter shooters ig esp when it first came out, but I've been blissfully unaware of the nuances behind extraction shooters on account of not really having the time or energy for them to begin with
yes please
gotta stretch more boyo. this happened to me late last year and after a month and half and lots of painkillers I didn't feel like it was ever gonna go away until I tried the mcgill big 3 core stability exercises. doing them feels like a joke but the immediate relief suggested otherwise
A view of the upper half of model kit of the Scopedog from Votoms. A two-tone green robot. It has three sets of three scopes on its head instead of the normal single set of three scopes.

nope it seems to have been motivated by moral / religious guilt, which iirc aligns pretty closely with the scientific literature, but I just never expected to witness an example of it happening in real time
heartbreaking: another erotic fiction writer you've been closely following has nuked their online presence citing struggles with 'porn addiction'
really don't know what to make of em yet; they're fun to shoot at least lol
marathon 2's magnum almost looks like a beefed up hk p9. it would certainly track, since all of nu marathon's guns look like what would happen if the material science behind the g11's caseless ammo were somehow perfected alongside 3d printed firearms ig
just realized nu marathon has a 'magnum' pistol that looks like a cross between a glock 17 and a zip 22; it's such a cursed little thing
