I hear you. I live with a person at high risk. Dad and his wife (ages >100, >90) were visited by family thru-out 2020-23. Dad had about 80dB of hearing loss. It was hard enough communicating without masks. Lots of air filters and testing managed to keep them safe in their own home.

The big advantage of GUV is that it can work without masks and respirators. Of course layers are better. But sometimes even among people who accept masks, they are a huge hassle, like talking to a hearing impaired person.

This bit of news was obscured in the gathering dark clouds of domestic and international aggression all of which is a distraction, I suspect, for failure to release the Epstein files.
