my work schedule was changed so i no longer have four days off in a row but i can already tell this is going to be for the best. four days off is hell for the procrastinator. great way for me to never get anything done because i keep going "well i can do it tomorrow..." until it's suddenly too late

just cleaned off and reorganized my desk now im testing how it actually feels to sit and type at my computer. it's good! my desk is so empty now... there is so much room... this is a fantastic feeling

we passed all the audits also. coolroom hasn't been cleaned since Christmas? they wouldn't know. they didn't even walk in and check one. we sign the planner, audit checks planner, planner is filled, all is well. am I crazy?! why the fuck does the paperwork matter more than actually cleaning HELP

only advice the union can give: "don't do anything management doesn't ask you to do" these guys are so fucking useless what the hell. every shift has daily tasks we're supposed to complete without direct supervision. no one does bc "manager didn't ask" this is not the solution, it is THE PROBLEM
