It even extends to what language the card is in. If it's not in english they don't want the card because if it's in another language most of the time it's worth less money. There are regional exclusive cards that are incredible and they're missing out because they're just chasing the money.

I agree. It just makes me so sad that so many people that started out as genuine collectors have fallen into that mindset, whether they know it or not, and everything is now about how much a card costs and they only care about that and getting the most expensive ones.

It's such a shame that so many Pokémon card collectors, who originally got into the hobby because they loved it, now just view their collection as an "InVEsTmEnT" and only care about its value.
