A black cat with one eye is sitting up on a blue fleece blanket. Much of her fur is rusty red, her yellow eye is very dilated, and the whisker that grow on her blind side are all white.

So please, send all your love and luck. She has had a wonderful 8 and a half years with me, out of who knows how many years she had total. She will have an urn custom painted with her portrait, and she will be my shadow forever.

Friends, I know I haven't been here in ages, but I wanted to update my old cat twitter friends on some important news.

Tomorrow (September 25, 2025), Freja will be going to her final vet appointment. Her kidneys have finally failed, and it's causing her other organs to fail too.
