Halloween really is a committed relationship type holiday. Like, you need to be committed to relationship with the holiday itself.

Meanwhile my mom just watched a lot of Ancient Aliens/Ghosthunters in front of me. I have to guess some of media literacy/nuance came from that because one of those shows actually engaged with the lack of scientific proof of the supernatural, and the other is racist 🙃

Just wanted to pop in and say I totally get the feeling. Recently made a piece of art that uses cannibalism as a means of representing queer rage, and used the F-slur in it. Immediately was like “Oh god what if people think I mean I want to literally CANNIBALIZE GAY PEOPLE.”

Yknow if I was designing a guy with five snake heads, and two of them were his arms, I would’ve probably said “Huh the other two should be his legs.” I appreciate that they went the Cerberus direction, and then wrapped them behind his back and under his arm pits. Points for uniqueness!
