This is why I wish there would be a Supersurf movie with a citizen's story being told (in this case Chopper) and Dredd as a secondary threat, always looming in the background.
It may be the best way to get a 'movie Dredd' into mainstream successfully than trying to push the 'Dredd the hero' angle.
