My 2 year old: "is this football game? Are they going to fall down?
As a Colorado alum still living in Boulder County, we decided to just try and indoctrinate young to hopefully prevent failure-related detections. Get him too invested young and he can't leave us (I just keep telling myself we're good parents)
If only I could easily watch the game. What am I missing? MW app is apparently phone only, so how do I watch on the TV?
I've eaten there, it is that good.
Pat Shurmur OC, the torture
It's happening
I went through airport security behind him in September after he called a game in Boulder and he seemed like a genuinely chill dude. Thankfully he wasn't wearing that hat though
*Colorado State
Mina, why is this so accurate
Solo box here
Super late to this, but our son turned two
Rockies fan here agrees. Plus I've been to one Mariners game in my life and Mike McCready played the national anthem, I think that was the Seattle pinnacle
No tropical cocktails here, but a couple of beers helps to refresh when you get too bogged down in the news
I'm sure your loss of all your equipment has a lot to do with it, but man I miss "this date in screencap history" or whatever it was
I think our son is a few weeks older than yours, so can completely relate. The number of times I hear "oh! big truck!" from behind me in the rear facing carseat (so I can't see what he's looking at) on any random drive is impressive
If it wasn't for the ear, hard to tell which end is front
Taking advantage of free company tickets, but man you know it's a Rockies game when the dude whose bobblehead night it is, is hitting .198
Yes and yes.
Where's Legwold?
god I hate the talking heads. Had never been a fan and was at a friend's house once and his girlfriend made us watch some concert of theirs and I went from not being a fan to a full hater just like that it was so intolerable
I have a buddy who is a pediatric cancer nurse. He got some ribbing from our group when when he first went to nursing school, but he loves it and makes good money. And, somehow, is able to separate his work life from his real life, in which he has two young sons
Sounds about right
I'm not sure that really changes anything
My sister took our 70 year old mother to one yesterday! She loved being a part of it
This. It's actually okay! I was proudly single for a long time and then met someone at a cooking class in Bangkok (yes, really). 8 years later we're married, living in the (liberal, thankfully) suburbs with our toddler son and our cat and it's the best. I unironically love mowing the lawn. Adulting!
Parks & Rec-ass name
Got this the other day
