I couldn't get over how it was a city of 10 million people and 1.5x as dense as Toronto, but felt so much more lush, pretty, functional, neighbourhoody, and spacious. I wanna send all our NIMBYs (and city planners) there so they could see how nice the missing middle could be.

Does any e-scooter share system use docks? Other than the actual risk of the scooters, the street litter seems to be one of the main complaints, but BikeShare docks seem to have largely solved that problem.

Adding curb extensions to narrow the distance that pedestrians have to cross would probably reduce the need for multi-stage crossings
