Danish oil finishing completed on the oak back, sapele sides and okoume neck. Jury still out on the soundboard. Might sand back and do nitrocellulose.

Good luck with the fretboard. I was just lucky as I bought a cheap tonewood set off Ebay. I like how the headstock has a rickenbacker swipe though. The danish oil on the soundboard is a bit patchy. I probably put too much on initially. I'm hoping it lightens as it cures.
I'm using danish oil, which is great on the back, sides and neck but I'm starting to regret putting on the soundboard. Early days though.

Great hike to Boreraig on Skye. Golden Eagle and Snipe spotted but the best sighting was this Adder basking on the path on the way back.
