My point was not that EU care is _always_ better, but rather that healthcare options for the wealthy elite (Pelosi, McConnell, Musk, Thompson, etc.) are different from the rest of us bc they can afford good insurance or afford to go abroad for treatment. Musk could buy a whole hospital system.
You're right... her surgery would be covered by her employer. But as a tourist, Luxembourg would cover 100% of ER and 80-90% of other care.
Healthcare is demonstrably cheaper and better abroad in many western countries. That's why Medical Tourism is a booming industry.
