I suspect there was a list of who was seen. The feeders were most visible from the stairwell so observations were casual.
In the 1990s (before feeding birds became sketchy) we built this swell structure by the entrance to the @mnhnovascotia.bsky.social . It was to demonstrate various styles of commercial and homemade bird feeders. We thought it looked sort of Italian.
