(and by the way, European figures has it 25% of sales for Resi).
I didn't make a guess.
I asked my data partners. And that's what they told me.

Well then. After 9 years my role of Editorial Director at Eurogamer/IGNE has been made redundant. If youβre reading this and feel I have a lot of valuable experience (I do), Iβm keen to explore any opportunities (full time, consulting, other) in the games industry. I am great.

Personal news: I'm leaving my Editor-at-large role at Eurogamer & Gamer Network as part of new cuts. I last year approached my move to Eurogamer & VG247's skeletonization with reluctance, but I ultimately greatly enjoyed giving EG a go. But now after 10yrs & in difficult conditions, it's time to go.
Not normally at launch though.
And why do you think they did that...
Stories this week:

So, although the idea you have to like games and be from games to be a good games leader. Well, actually, those arenβt prerequisites.
As for the first part, this came from a leadership piece with Strauss Zelnick. He doesnβt play games. He doesnβt really come from games.
But he knows what he knows and knows what he doesnβt. Surrounds himself with smart people. And says the job of the CEO is to create the environment in whichβ¦
