No live racing or highlights, TNT want you pay Β£31 to see that. It will mostly be Adam and Orla banging endlessly on about their prediction league picks, talking over each other and giggling at their classic bantz. Itβs a no from me.
You look at that poster and it seems for all the world as if the original four are doing a proper Final Show. Not some weird tribute night where Ozzy gets wheeled on to sing the odd chorus. People have been scammed out of Β£100s.
Iβm the same. My favourite sport but jumping from Β£6.99 to Β£30.99 a month is *so* tone deaf after a cost of living crisis - itβs simply not affordable for most. A massive disappointment and shame on Orla and Rob for trying to justify the price increase in the TNT press release. Unsubscribe.
A year ago it was costing me Β£40 a year to watch cycling on Eurosport. Last year it was Β£6.99 a month. Now itβs leaping up to Β£30.99 monthly? Forget it. So out of touch when everyone is feeling the pinch. Unsubscribe.

Hi Carlton, great that youβre here! Not sure if Bluesky is ready for CGF though β¦
I second this advice. Great podcast!
First replay angle no, second replay angle yes. Definite contact either way.

Fair comment. Sounded like we were banging on the door the whole match.
Excellent, that echoes what the Talksport commentators were saying. Just need to stop the sloppy mistakes at the back. Weβre scoring plenty but need to improve the conversion rate. Whatβs the first priority for the new manager?
Sounded like their keeper was MotM, and we hit the post too. Encouraging for whoeverβs coming in to replace Robins!
Listened live via Talksport 2 and it sounded like we played Sheffield Utd off the park. Two points dropped? Or a great point after coming from behind twice? If you saw it on TV or live at the ground what was your verdict? #PUSB
A fascinating interview with my favourite comic. Thank you!
Thanks the fans profusely for all their support over the last eight years, and is delighted with his honorary doctorate from Coventry University. He didnβt think heβd be back in the city so soon! #PUSB
Would do it all over again at CCFC. No mention of Adi or Doug. The players have all been in touch with him privately. Heβll be back in management and is keeping an open mind over his next move. βThis has lit a fire under meβ. π₯
Just listened to the Mark Robins interview with Clive Eakin on CWR via BBC Sounds. Itβs on during Lorna Baileyβs show between 4.12pm and 4.21pm if you want to listen back. The gist was itβs been an emotional few weeks, move on, look forward to what comes next. Tough to take, but loved every minute.
Indeed - we stay in Aberystwyth (a 30 minute beautiful drive to the south) and head over each day after breakfast and a stroll on the beach. Thereβs train connections too. Lots more hotels and B&Bs there than tiny Mach. Not brave enough to camp at the festival site at that time of year either!
For anyone following the thread the absolute Mecca of WIP magic is the three-day Machynlleth Comedy Festival. Get yourself there if you possibly can.
Oh yes, thereβs definitely a market for the big tv comedians to earn top dollar. Very much in danger of being a comedy snob here but arenas with punters who have just seen someone in a sitcom or on a panel show once isnβt for me. WIP gigs are always great fun though. The wonky bits are the best bits
I mean, I love Greg Davies. Heβs one of the most naturally funny performers out there. But Β£45+fees to see his next tour feels way too steep compared to others. Iβd rather go to two Β£20 gigs and see someone on their way up. Nish Kumar charged Β£22 in Belfast and itβs a no-brainer, of course you go.
Have seen 100s of comedy gigs over the years and it always amazed me how reasonable prices were compared to other forms of live entertainment. So, having got used to that, around Β£20 seems usual and accepted. But itβs probably under-selling yourself.
Designing stages for road cyclingβs three Grand Tours, travelling around the most beautiful parts of France, Italy and Spain. Stunning scenery, mountains, great food and 5* hotels on expenses whilst devising fiendish challenges for the worldβs greatest athletes.
From a fellow cancer survivor it was wonderful to see you looking so well and healthy on the Troxy livestream, and huge congratulations on the new album.
PS any chance you could let Blake know the answer? Thought Iβd go direct to source.
My favourite new podcast. You and Max are the dons.
How militant should we be with the Best Before dates on packaged food? Seems such a waste to throw something like dried pasta away when itβs just past expiry β¦
Loved my subject and the thought of instilling a new generation with fascination for it was very appealing. Thrilled when students chose to take it on at GSCE, then A Level and at university. Working with young people gives you a different outlook on life too. Plus, they can be hilarious.
