Bluesky CEO has vowed to never "enshittify the network with ads" β does anyone actually believe this?
I am surprised that Google or Amazon still havenβt teased enhanced conversational features using GenAI for their smart speakers yet. Getting something like the real-time ChatGPT conversation feature will be an absolute game changer for Alexa and Google Home devices.
A current Apple ad tech employee accused the company of spying on him and other employees via their personal iCloud accounts and forbade him from participating in any public speaking about digital advertising.

Why donβt advertisers care about universal creative IDs? We can all live in blissful creative identification harmony if you register your damn creatives.
1Password. I like that it does everything I need it to do (including passkeys), works across browsers, and itβs free. Sucks that Apple has to take out business models (similar to Day One with their new Journal app) but if it works it works.
Love Monarch as well. For me, itβs the new Apple Passwords app and ChatGPT. Worst app goes to Sonos.

Disclosure is the difference between fraud and insight.
So itβs okay for a DSP to bridge an ID themselves (device graph), but an SSP canβt do it even if they flag it as bridged? If the SSP has additional probabilistic insight, why not leverage it?
Iβd have to imagine that being unable to buy their way back is a stipulation. This could also be one of several remedies.
Mozilla makes 86% of its revenue from a search deal with Google.
What is the value of an independent Chrome?
I hope it scales better than their live streaming infrastructure.
Which challenge? If they spin off Chrome, Google can no longer force Google search to be the default, so Iβd count that as a win.
I think certain types of people thrive in person, but there is absolutely no reason you cannot grow your career full-time remotely if you are intentional about it.
Are we trying the BlueSky thing again?
Poor Bluesky never stood a chance after Threads launched.
