I love how they literally lose almost nothing by taking it away since its a digital card that they already coded.

Art by my favorite artist.
Might be a little OP for bracket 2, and even in a bracket 3 deck I'd feel obligated to let people know that I have a card that could one shot them later in the game for 2 mana.

The question is always "what if a kid is wrongfully transitioned" and never "what if a trans kid is denied the ability to transition and endures years of excruciating dysphoria and has to have multiple surgeries later in life to fix the issues caused by going through the wrong puberty."

Indiana lawmakers are once again trying to weaken child labor laws: Bill sponsored by business owner would enable employers to hide child labor violations Coordinated, industry-backed campaigns to weaken child labor protections continue to target state legislatures in 2026. Yesterday, the Indiana Senate passed a bill to completely eliminate requirements...

The Indiana House and Senate have both passed a bill to completely eliminate requirements for businesses to document the employment of child workers.

If this bill becomes law it would enable employers to hide child labor violations, according to @epi.org.

Justice Alito’s latest opinion is a very, very bad sign for voting rights A decision upholding a New York GOP congressional district could be a prelude to killing the Voting Rights Act.

Alito is essentially saying that districts drawn under the Voting Rights Act or other federal and state laws to remedy centuries of racial discrimination are as racist as the racism they were meant to rectify.

The Trump Administration is Testing Conversion Therapy By Medically Experimenting on Trans People in Prisons The Bureau of Prisons is subjecting trans people to conversion therapy and denying them care with the goal of helping them "recover." It's trying to prove dangerous conversion practices can work.

Under a new policy released Thursday, the Trump Administration will test conversion therapy on trans people in prisons. It explicitly states that it aims to help trans people β€œrecover,” all the while forcibly detransitioning them both medically and socially.

Still not a peep on the things Mamdani can do for trans youth after hospital closures.

No activation of H+H to take patients. Trans patients are a rounding error for the $10B program.

No movement on human rights complaints.

No promise to restore care.

Rarely have I been so disappointed.

In her presentation, Kilgannon mapped out three non-negotiables in the fight against the so-called gender identity agenda, a conspiracy theory touted by anti-LGBT groups that disavows sexual orientation and gender identity. The first is to β€œdivide and conquer. For all its recent success, the LGBT alliance is actually fragile and the trans activists need the gay rights movement to help legitimize them.” In other words, separate trans activists from the gay rights movement, and their agenda becomes much easier to oppose. As Kilgannon explained, β€œTrans and gender identity are a tough sell, so focus on gender identity to divide and conquer.” For many, β€œgender identity on its own is just a bridge too far. If we separate the T from the alphabet soup we’ll have more success.”

Kilgannon identified a wide coalition of potential allies outside the Christian Right who could confront trans friendly measures. Here’s her advice on how to draw them in:

Explain that gender identity rights only come at the expense of others: women, sexual assault survivors, female athletes forced to compete against men and boys, ethnic minorities who culturally value modesty, economically challenged children who face many barriers to educational success and don’t need another level of chaos in their lives, children with anxiety disorders and the list goes on and on and on.

LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE MOVE IN THE ANTI-TRANS GAME IS DESCRIBED IN DETAIL AT THIS VERY PUBLIC CONVENTION THAT THEY HELD

And there are cis people out there who still think the anti-trans movement was somehow a natural, grassroots expression of legitimate issues.

1. My newest Anti-Trans Legal Risk Map is here.

For trans adults, Kansas is the newest "Do Not Travel" warning, only the 3rd state to achieve that warning.

For youth, a change to the map increases risk to Medium in many states.

Nationwide risk remains extreme.
