i love the cormorant knight. i love that his helmet is very bird-like, too.
as a low carber, i find greek yogurt and chia seeds to be really helpful for keeping things consistent. ginger is also a great addition (as mentioned by @charstine.bsky.social). just make sure your yogurt contains live cultures.
