The nurses at Marie Curie do amazing work providing end of life care. I know first hand how important this is considering the end of life care that my father received.

Elephant riding, cub petting and captive dolphin shows often involve significant cruelty, such as separation of young animals from their mothers, confinement, physical punishment and exposure to chronic stress.
The Government must bring forward activity regulations to protect animals.

Fly-tipping is an urgent national problem. The latest annual statistics show around 52,000 incidents nationally were the size of a 'tipper load lorry' or larger, which marks an 11% jump from 47,000 in 2023/24.
We need stronger enforcement to clamp down on criminal waste.
Many carers are still suffering from debts due to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) incorrectly calculating their average earnings. I have questioned the top Civil Servant at the DWP about this, and will be pushing for carers to receive proper support.
Yesterday marked the 4th Anniversary of Russia's Second Invasion of Ukraine. Ukraine is the shield of liberty for Europe and we should be doing all we can to support them and end this war.
That is why I went to Ukraine this week as a show of solidarity and why I will keep pressing the Government.

One of the best parts of being an MP is getting to hear from our younger generation. I attended Hayes School in Torbay where I met with Mark, the headteacher there, and students on the school council.
We discussed supporting mental health in schools as well as cars speeding on Hayes Road.
