“How do we do that? I’ve had a love-hate relationship with personas, but now I love them. We take a set of numbers and craft an actual being. When we put that person through a lot of scenarios, we develop empathy with them. Made up avatars in a made up world” #nuxleeds

“You can use fear and stress to engage your audience, but wouldn’t you rather engage them through critical thinking - talked to rather than talked at?” #nuxleeds

“Adrenaline and cortisol are released when you’re stressed.

Cortisol specifically is the stress of not knowing what to do. You become intolerant and irritable. It impairs your memory and makes you less critical about the decisions that you make” #nuxleeds
