Not that it's any comfort whatsoever to enraged and grieving Iranian families, but I thought I'd point out there's broad disinterest on the part of the Trump administration in the lives of people here at home as well.

In 2026, Donald Trump will cause gas prices to spike astronomically by starting a new war.
He's smart—and trustworthy—like that.
Another day of interest on the tariffs Trump collected and refuses to give back. American consumers paid the tariffs, American taxpayers pay the interest on Trump holding onto the money as long as possible. Every day the bill goes up.
