It feels very wild to me that Ive made it this far.

The fatigue from work and from other things has been very mentally draining.

Had the emotional roller coaster of discovering black mold in my husband and I’s bedroom to then having to go to work in a skeletal crew department, while my husband dealt with it🥹

(Thankfully Maintenance fixed and removed it but oh my god that was mortifying)

I usually put together a playlist of music of more upbeat and songs you can bop/vibe to.

Its not something I do often but it helps whenever im feeling mentally low.
