she didnt bring forth the vote because dems were a majority. it was a bipartisan discharge position put forth to force a vote to the floor. it being bipartisan is why it passed. we need that same support for an impeachment vote just to pass the house.
It is long due for impeachment but dems dont hold any power right now to effectuate. unless they get some republicans to sign on, it will just be symbolic but futile.
definitely interested to see what happens when the house resumes this week.
