I'm running to make sure these gerrymanders don't happen again, anywhere. A national law can put and end to Congressional gerrymandering, and I'll introduce it on Day 1.
Just had a good conversation with Major Garrett of @cbsnews.com on the national redistricting wars. The focus, North Carolina, one of the most extreme gerrymanders in the nation. We also got into my role in New Jersey as an arbiter between Democratic & Republican plans.
