Every member of the Deb class is required to hold a private party - some of them double or co-host. But you’re expected to attend every single party.

It sounds like torture to me. There are so many rules about which ones you have to be a deb in order to be considered for Queen of carnival; but you also can’t do some because there’s like a non compete?
