I finished a 30-year-old UFO. The fabric colours in the 90s were dark and greyed down. I guess that was a rebellion against the dusty rose and blues from the 80s 😀

I tried the "Unloaf" recipe today. Unfed sourdough starter, no stretch and folds, put in a cold dutch oven, into a cold oven and then turn on the heat. Everything is opposite of the usual way but it still turns out 😀
