Enjoy one of our projects. Resonance is an offshoot of SimpleTwig which caters specifically to larger projects like Tent City, where a developer hires us for our design expertise and skill while allowing a local firm to produce construction documents, administration and permitting.

As serious as I am about architecture, urban design and making places for people to enjoy, I always start my day with a smile.

Near Notre Dame, SBMA designed by architect Nic Buccalo. Bringing people together is our purpose.

What we do. We’re a unique architectural design company which will craft a project through the Design Development stage, then hand the project to a local architectural firm. In this way the client gets the strongest vision and local expertise and human power to see the project through.

A trip to the Guggenheim with #ResonaceArch.

South Bend Art Museum, one of our custom designs in association with PJAR. I had the chance to visit Norte Dame in South Bend while on a road trip to Chicago. My goal was to bring some sculpture outside, creating enough restrain contrast to make it a focus that would entice visitors.

Project designer and architect for this gate house in St Petersburg, FL, along with other components of this gated community including the beach house, landscaping/lake and community club house.

During the design phase I created watercolor renderings to help the client visualize their project.

We’re currently keeping busy with this 30k SF project in NYC.
