Photos via CMNH (fossil) and Witmer & Ridgley, 2010 (CT model) of a juvenile #Tyrannosaurus rex collected in 1942 from Carter Co., MT. Scan data reveal extent of reconstruction. IMO no publications yet show data sufficient to support the genus "Nanotyrannus". Especially damning: Woodward et al 2020.

Factoid 1! In 2010, I discovered fragments of what would become known as "Chomper" (MOR 6625), a baby #Tyrannosaurus rex. #Chomper is the smallest T. rex ever found!
