Per Over The Cap, Bears have ~$33 million in cap space after Drew Dalman's retirement, trading DJ Moore, and releasing Tremaine Edmunds. That's around 12th most in the league.

Field Yates: Between the trade of DJ Moore, release of Tremaine Edmunds and retirement of Drew Dalman, the Bears have about $44M in new cap space as of this week.

Be it addressing C or fortifying the defense, Chicago has spending power.

Bears get the Bills' 2nd round draft pick this year which is 60th overall. That's a very good pick in this year's draft.

Bears send their 5th rounder to Buffalo. That's probably around pick ~170 or so. Compensatory picks haven't been announced yet, so we don't know the exact pick order.

Done deal: The Bills are sending a 2026 second-round pick to the Bears for WR D.J. Moore and a 2026 fifth-round pick, per sources.

The Bills were among the teams monitoring the AJ Brown situation, but this trade knocks them out of that sweepstakes.

Heartbreaking to see DJ Moore leave, but am glad he gets to play with Josh Allen and a contender. One of my favorite Bears ever.
