There was a hot minute some companies were actually listing the tariff price separately. Amazon was and caved under pressure. I imagine if they really wanted to this could be sorted out. Juice isn’t worth the squeeze though. Refunds are never coming.

I think that’s a huge piece current admin has overlooked. You add those inflows in to the deficit and it becomes a surplus very quickly.
