A year ago, I finished one of my favorite projects, the 120-page Star Wars Continuity Breakdown, covering over 250 of my favorite connections in Star Wars history. I’m finishing up a similar post now looking back on my favorite details from 2025 stories for next month.

I recall some Rebels ancillary material implying some fairly substantive gaps between Spark and the rest of the season while Ezra settles in, and infiltrating the Academy, and while he builds his saber in Path of the Jedi. Always assumed that covered a lot of the ground from late 5 BBY to mid 4
ANH is probably more analogous to May of 7977 rather than January like it is for 0 ABY, meaning even though 1 BBY correlates to the year 7976, events within a couple months of ANH are more likely early 7977 despite being in 1 BBY. It’s a headache!
I wrote about the C.R.C. dating system, which has been getting increased usage recently in stories like Andor and Outlaws.
