This special issue brings together cutting-edge research and perspectives highlighting how single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, ATAC-seq, and integrative multi-omics are being applied to dissect plant responses to abiotic and biotic stresses, source–sink dynamics, and developmental patterning. List of invited reviews authors and titles. Invitation to submit We welcome contributions to this special issue.
