This special issue brings together cutting-edge research and perspectives highlighting how single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, ATAC-seq, and integrative multi-omics are being applied to dissect plant responses to abiotic and biotic stresses, sourceโ€“sink dynamics, and developmental patterning.
List of invited reviews authors and titles.  

Invitation to submit We welcome contributions to this special issue. If you would like to submit a paper, either research or review, please email a title and brief outline for the consideration of the guest editor. Closing date of 28 Feb.
