First we created a pore size gradient scaffold, then we tested in our biphasic bioreactor if it could be used for osteochondral repair, with each pore size promoting tissue specific differentiation which it did enough to move this to in vivo which we are working on now @chopresearch.bsky.social

Great job Kyra, bringing this work through the finish line! This is a story that started a few years back when Gio' visited my lab to test how different micropore dimensions in a polymeric scaffold preferentially support chondrogenesis vs. osteogenesis pubs.rsc.org/en/content/a...
