to truly lift yourself up you need to use both hands. this means not using one to lift yourself while punching down with the other. if any of your hands are anywhere but on yourself, fix it. that is not optimised lifting behaviour. you will become inbalanced and fall. thank you

not to get to insane about gardening but a part of me is like. the land needs it. it needs to not be all the same grass. the bugs need it. the soil needs it. they need water. they need diverse plant life. i dont just mean growing your own veggies but i do think that alone actually matters a lot too
