The job itself is fine, its my trainers who are basically my bosses that are horrible to me and make me so stressed out. I get judged severely for the smallest things, even right clicking copy instead of using shift+ C to copy text. I get in trouble for not having documents they had to give me...
It just keeps getting worse....
No other job has had my anxiety shoot up so high and quickly in the last hour of a shift(my first at that) because management expected me to be perfect on my first day. They were extremely critical and non understanding.... idk what I signed up for but I'm worried its gonna be worse....
Hmm, I take lamotrigine for my epilepsy and know people also take it as a mood stabilizer (which I've noticed it helped but I take it mainly for the epilepsy). I'm not a doctor, but I think its worth a shot to see and ask about it.
