bought 1 gal each and mixed myself a batch. lube is (55 + 110) fl oz of dimethicone + cyclomethicone, and shine is the rest (73 + 18) fl oz of di- + cyclo-
bought a cheap 1.5 gal water dispenser to mix the lube, but its cap ended up slipping so i just drained it into other containers (mid+right)
