There's a Friday Night Karaoke bar a 30 second walk from my house. I go on a (mostly) empty stomach, down 3 or 4 6$ pints over the night, put down 40$ total and leave. This is acceptable to me.

Every other bar I've visited post covid is 12-18$ pints and 20$ cocktails. 20-somethings got no chance.
