Wendy and I were honored to see the conference room named after us at the Family Safety Center in Tulsa. Our life's mission is to protect those who cannot protect themselves. We will always stand for the most vulnerable in our society.

They don't seek recognition for their hard work and dedication, but today we proudly applaud them. We're grateful for their service and sacrifice – today and every day of the year.

Structures damage and debris scattered throughout Purcell following tornado Debris and damage were found after a tornado touched down Thursday morning in Purcell.

My prayers are with the Oklahomans who were affected by the tornado in Purcell. From all accounts, this was a horrifying natural disaster. My office will work to ensure that bad actors do not exploit vulnerable people in these communities as they recover from this event.
