🕸️ For context, Intersex Awareness is a grassroots community-based network of intersex organizers intent on unifying people with a shared voice for intersex awareness, autonomy, and dignity.
🍁In October we anticipate finalizing the art for the campaign, making a call to Local Organizers interested in distributing posters and materials, outreaching to community and ally organizations, and finalizing micro grant recipients.
🎨 We plan to develop poster designs and awareness materials, a digital toolkit, our safety and accountability plan, and call for community micro grant applications in September.
🌾 We will accomplish our goals through a Core Organizer Kick Off online hangout event, bimonthly Affinity Group meetings, and communicating via the Signal app.
☀️ Core Organizers will work in close proximity over the next two months with other organizers in Art, Communications, Safety & Accountability, Strategy & Partnerships, and Outreach & Engagement Affinity Groups.
