Actually a very reasonable choice

I guess we should he grateful that he didn't say "pwned" instead
the dumbest form of politics is yelling at voters after you lose. if you lose it is *always* your fault. every confounding factor in the universe is your job to overcome. if you take a position that is unpopular and don't adjust to learning that, you are bad at running for office.
I wasn't expecting an extended love letter to sci fi and horror films of the 70s and 80s.
The first half of the new Pixar movie "Hoppers" is kinda boring, and I couldn’t tell what they wanted to do with it. The second half is *completely unhinged* and some of the most fun I've had with a Pixar film in a long time.

This is a song I kinda liked when I first heard it, and nowadays I absolutely adore it. It's a non-album single by Justin Hayward, with John Lodge on bass and backed by 10cc (!!). Almost nobody who's not a Moody Blues fan knows this song, and everybody should.
I enjoyed it immensely
About half of Van Halen's debut is radio staples, but the other half has some real gems as well, so come listen to us talk about a great album from what was, for a few years, an absolutely great band. #MusicSky

The Browns and Texans trading with each other feels like it should be forbidden for a few years
This is a very nice compliment indeed, but when I saw you missed Rich I immediately imagined him like this:
The background music in my head in the last two weeks has been something like 90% passages from Tales From Topographic Oceans.
I can accept any and all criticisms leveled at Sting and the Police except for the music itself.
I know why you want it to be bad, but it's just not.
Reminds me of the line from The Sopranos that says "'Remember when' is the lowest form of conversation"

It seems really cool that the minimum acceptable level of output from me in all of my life responsibilities sums up to me inevitably having a fatal heart attack in the next five years
Sorry everyone I tried getting it out with some pliers and instead I just shoved it in even deeper.
They are shockingly good.
Now have this bouncing around my head:
🎵 "Well who the hell can he be / if he's never had VD / and he doesn't even snort off toilet seats?" 🎵
All ready to record the @discordpod.bsky.social episode tomorrow on the first Van Halen album. Related, a picture of Eddie Van Halen and David Lee Roth, circa 1983
"You there! What week is it?"
"Why, it's migraine week it is!"
"Migraine week! I haven't missed it"
I guess I need to confess at this point that the needle I jabbed into a Voodoo doll I made of my former employer is stuck and I don't know how to get it out.
Pretty neat that happened though
I haven't been able to watch most of the broadcast, been taking care of food
Every year, on Super Bowl Sunday, I see that futures markets are in action with indices going up and down, and every time I think, "Stop trading, you nerds, the Super Bowl is on"
"Begin the Begin" or "Perfect Circle"
Maybe "Man on the Moon" every other Tuesday
Stevie was 26 when he finished Songs in the Key of Life, and it was his eighteenth studio record
Finally getting my thoughts written for the upcoming @discordpod.bsky.social episode on the first Van Halen album. Get ready for comparison points that no sane person would ever make, including a prominent mention of Jim Rice and Catfish Hunter (the baseball players).
The Clippers actually made a damned good trade, it's kinda shocking.
