I begged them to ship alongside a grow kight but no one listens. Petunias are not houseplants and need supplemental light to survive. My glowy petunias did really well under 16hr days with full spectrum grow lights but poorly on sill
I absolutely love how the house paint looks against fresh snow. Neighbors said it would be too dark but everyone passing by gave compliments on the bold choice. Whole hood is gray and beige. Moscow Midnight by Sherwin Williams is gorgeous.
The profession of science seems to get in the way of science these days. Hard to decouple hiring metrics from the science when its a job people compete for. Not sure there is a good alternative that wont initially destabilize academia rn
That's so wildly unethical and a dereliction of duty as a researcher. The whole point of science is the generation of knowledge, and a purposefully obfuscated contribution is fraud which should come with grave consequences. What the fehk are we doing here otherwise? Why bother with rigor at all?
