Great day at NCN Festival yesterday. I had the opportunity to assist doing sound for Ash Code at Park Bühne. Thanks so much to the pro sound engineer who made them sound really powerful! Yet another proof that we can achieve good things when we work together.

After a 3 year break I finally got back to swimming. Felt good with a 45 minute uninterrupted swim today. My arms and legs feel weird, but I feel great!

Very motivating to see how Canadians are boycotting goods from the USA. We made sure to only drink local Canadian beer and eating at Canadian diners. The bond between Europe & Canada should be strengthened to form a coalition of democratic countries excluding authoritarian and suppressive states.
