what a damn weird situation. I have never encountered a problem when getting paid by TOTAL STRANGERS ON THE INTERNET to do art for them. But to get paid by OFFICIAL GOVERNMENTAL INSTITUTIONS for workshops and interventions at schools and social centers, i can just fuck off and just pray... FFS
