The EU welcomes US & China announcing a roll-back on imposing tariffs for 90 days.

The EU has consistently stated its opposition to such tariffs, and we welcome any step that supports stability & predictability for global trade/investment, provided global rules are respected.

The Tribunal found that the UK prohibition on sandeel fishing in English waters breached the obligation to grant EU vessels full access to those waters.

The UK is required to comply with the final ruling and shall inform the EU within 30 days of the measures it will take.
